What do the plans not include?

Our plans do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD to WordPress, creation of content, or building out a new website, landing page or subdomain.

Is this month to month? Can I cancel?

Our Website Concierge subscription require a 3 or 6 month commitment. You can either pay in full or monthly.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time, but you can only downgrade your plan after 60 days.

How many websites can I have on each hosting plan?
Chevron

We allow one website per hosting plan.

How do I add you as a collaborator to my website?
Chevron

Does the Monthly Concierge include Hosting Costs?

Yes it does! It includes the Basic Hosting Plan. For a more advance plan please reach out.

Do I have to host with you? Can I just get management?

Yes, in order for you to receive the full experience and optimal results, we do require that you host your site through us.
