Depending on the scale of the project, Rush Fees range from $25-$850+.

This is not to be mistaken with rush shipping/delivery of printed designs. Those costs will vary based on the printing company.

Watermarks are placed on all concepts, revisions, mockups and drafts. Only upon project completion and final payment will the watermark be removed.

Only upon the fulfillment of the final payment will the final files be sent.

As of January 1, 2021, if we receive payment from the client more than 30 days after the invoice date,  we will impose a late fee of:

0.5% - 1.5% added every 30 days

Starting January 1, 2021, if the client resides in the state of Texas, all Design Projects will be subject to a sales tax of 8.25%

Payments can be made via invoice as PayPal, debit, credit card, or Cryptocurrency.

Our turnaround times vary based on the project and client. Below are typical turnarounds. However, your turnaround can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity, size of the project, and our communication. (Business days only)

Web Designs: 3- 8weeks
Product & Packaging Design: 2.5 - 6 weeks
Social Content: 1-3 weeks
Custom Projects: Varies

Yes we do but only for branding, web design, and product/packaging design projects. Please contact us directly for more information.

Due to the custom nature, you understand and agree that there is a strict no-refund policy.

Once the deposit is paid and all requested information has been received, then the process begins.
