Our monthly retainers are the perfect way to ensure that your business has marketing materials on an on-going, monthly basis without hiring a full-time employee. These marketing materials can be anything from Instagram graphics to brochures and are each customized with your goals in mind. You get a discounted rate compared to our normal service prices. You have peace of mind with a guaranteed amount of work and priority each month.

This is a month to month commitment. Either party can part ways at will. Clients are able to upgrade their package at any time but packages need to be held for 2 month prior to downgrading. On a rolling basis, we will evaluate the package to be sure that the number of hours are fitting your business needs.
Each retainer includes a set number of hours per week. Overage in hours each week will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $50 per hour. Unused hours expire at the end of each month. This is to ensure that I can allow time for your projects and plan my workload accordingly. You will get an invoice on the 25th of each month, due on the 1st. Invoices will include the monthly retainer rate for that month and any additional charges from previous month.
What type of services can be used in the Retainer Packages?
Print Materials – direct mailers, brochures, newsletters, flyers, banners, promos, signage, etc.
Digital Materials – email templates, social media graphics, blog banners, and other graphics
Ad Design - print and web ads
Web - content, graphics and web maintenance can be provided for select packages.
Services do not include additional costs such as: custom fonts, illustrations, stock photography, printing, logo design, full branding, full strategies, copywriting, or web development. Additional services are available upon request.
After filling out our contact form, We'll set up a 30-minute phone call so I can hear more about your brand and so that we can get to know each other. I want to learn all about your business and goals. We’ll review your business needs and upcoming projects.
Once the paperwork is completed and the first retainer fee is paid, we will discuss all your projects needed for the month and get to work! Prior to the 2nd month, we will have a phone call to review the next month’s priorities.
We will setup all your projects needed for the month in our client dashboard. From there, you will be able to see completed projects, files and time remaining for the month.
We will repeat the process each month for the however long your commitment lasts.
