TruCare is a full service pharmacy dedicated to the local Houston community and beyond. They are equipped with experienced pharmacists who prepare your prescriptions, talk you through your medications and answer any of your questions. The pharmacy prides themselves on individualized care. I joined the team in 2018 as their social media manager and brand architect.

02 - the problem

TruCare is known for exceptional service and compassionate care. However, their website and social media was outdated. It didn’t showcase their full range of service offerings and lacked educational components. Their website was not mobile-friendly, it was difficult to find information, did not accurately describe treatment options and products.

Developed a clean and fresh brand identity for TruCare Pharmacy; Recognized by Beyonce's BeyGOOD organization. As a collaboration, we created pivotal campaigns that spoke to local residents and social media content that kept customers informed.
